Fig & Olive : Eezytrace's first steps in USA


In April 2017, Eezytrace stepped on American soil for the first time thanks to our partner Bureau Veritas. 

Fig & Olive is a restaurant Chain created by the French Chef Laurent Halasz who brought the Mediterranean gastronomic heritage to the USA. The menu includes Italian, Mediterranean and European avors mixed with the French savoir-faire. More than just restaurants, Fig & Olive’s locations are ideal venues to organize events (studio premieres, product launches) thanks to their unique and impressive ambiance. The 1rst restaurant equipped with Eezytrace is located on the prestigious 5th avenue in New York City where Corporate Chef Timothy Hughes shared with his feedback on Eezytrace.
